Thats what helped me in less than a month n now i just have little marks n hope they'll go soon.
wash ur back twice a day with a acne soap.
grind neem or mint leaves n apply once on them. on next day u can apply a paste of oatmeal n water. do mint 1 day n oatmeal another day routine for a month.
After bath, sprinkle a talc over back, this would stop the new growth.
Dandruff can be cause -so if u have it use anti dandruff shampoo for ur scalp.
Dont wear any top more than once, same rule applies for under garments , sweat n germs make the bacne grow.
If u can spend money, then putting any acne cream would also speed the process- i dont know if u have it in ur country - i liked metrogyl gel n fucidin, they work gr8 n leave no marks n they are to be used just on back..

I got one of those super scrubby loofahs on a stick. It's super rough and the sponge is rectangular shaped. I put dove liquid soap on it because if you use regular soap, it's drying to the skin and that causes more acne. that sooooo helped me!
I had ';backne'; or whatever about a year ago. Drink lots and lots and lots of water, exfoliate and whatever you do, DONT pick at it, thats the best cure.
If ur really desperate to get rid of it b4 summer, go to the doctor or chemist n ask for advice... It wil take some courage but they do no wot they are talking about n it wil work!!! Good Luck!! : )
just rub that area with ice cubes 3 times a day...until it clears up..u might have to get someone to do this for u
