I used to be covered in it when I was eating junk food all the time. When I changed my diet to something much healthier, it went away and my face was clean for some time. But recently they started appearing just like that. I still eat the same healthy stuff. The only thing that's changed is that I've been sleeping at like 7AM everyday (cause it's the school holidays...), so that's why I'm wondering.Does your sleeping schedule affect acne at all?
For what I know, sleeping patterns affect almost everything, especially when it changes our routines. Here are some articles that might help, but sleeping right is as important as eating right. I got this off the web:
9. Sleeping beauty
Your mum was right. It is important to get eight hours' sleep - not only for your general health, but also for your skin. In order to build a healthy immune system, you need your rest. Although enough sleep cannot prevent acne, it can help fight infection and aid recovery.
Acne %26amp; Sleep - Sleep and your skin. The simplest good deed you can do for your skin may surprise you: sleep! Scientists and mothers around the world agree that a good night鈥檚 sleep 鈥?at least eight hours 鈥?can do wonders for your complexion. How? A healthy, well-rested body has the resources to build a strong immune system. While a robust immune system won鈥檛 prevent acne altogether, it can help fight infection so your lesions clear up more quickly. Luckily, your body isn鈥檛 picky; uninterrupted sleep in the daytime is just as beneficial. So if you work late, sleep late 鈥?and try to maintain a regular schedule.
Hope it helps!!!!Does your sleeping schedule affect acne at all?
it could be the change in your sleep thats causing your acne. its also possible that its stress. alot of people lack sleep around this time of year and then adding the stress of the holidays and you got yourself some acne. try to do things to reduce the amount of stress you have and try to catch some more sleep if possible. i know a lot of people who are breaking out (including myself). i'm pregnant and due in 3 weeks, plus no sleep, and holiday and baby stress lol. also, try washing your face 2-3 times a day to keep the oils and dirt off your face. and if you avoid makeup that clogs your pores, you could help your face out too. good luck to you!!
Yes, that can trigger acne. You have probably stressed out your body. Stress can and does cause acne.
