The BEST i mean the BEST one is L'oreal Acne Response the intensive one. the one with salicylic Acid. the good thing about it you need to use it 3 days /week so its not much of a work..and you get results in 2-3 weeks which is excellent. now if you have severe condition you should check with a physician because they give you some antibiotic to kill the bacteria which makes it more than an acne.
Cetaphil Cleanser - its a very mild cleanser. You can follow it up with a Cetaphil soothing lotion to put on your face - its been working great for my son's acne.
