How do i get rid of acne?

I've got acne and have had it for about 4 years i have had so much medication for it like tablets creams face roll on's but nothing makes it go. I heard before that tooth paste is suppose to help but it don't. Has anyone go an idea? How do i get rid of acne?
I've tried a lot of medications before but haven't really help. As a last resort i choose natural remedies. I found that it has the real power of curing my acne. I've tried it and it really works for me, in less than one week you can already notice a lot improvement. I hope it helps you too.How do i get rid of acne?
Well my acne I had for two years is clearing up.

I've used basically everything even Proactive.

I'm currently using Rubbing Alcohol.

My Steps

Put the rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball

Rub your face until the dirt on your face is on the cotton ball and shows

Repeat three times.

Then do it in the morning, after your shower(Oil from your hair gets on your face) and before you go to bed.

**Put FACE lotion, not fragrant body lotion, so your skin wont dry.

Another Thing You Might Want To Try.

Wash your face with Baking Soda.

Mix baking soda with water until like paste.

Rub it on your face for a good minute.

Wash it off with lukewarm water

Pat dry with towel.

Personally they both work if you use it together.
i have had the same problem before, and my brother had acne too, he is older now though, but i tried clean and clear kit, clearasil, neutrogena, everything, and nothing really worked that well until my brother told me to wash my face with a regular acne foaming face wash everytime i went to the bathroom everyday which was like 3-4 times a day and it really started helping, the key is to just WASH WASH WASH! good luck!
Hello

There are some great ways that can help you to treat your acne.

here are some tips that were helpful for me to get rid of my acne:

Drink water

Drink plenty of water every day. Try drinking at least two liters of still mineral water. If the skin becomes dehydrated, dead skin cells are not effectively shed, which can lead to blocked pores and further acne.

Sunshine and fresh air

Sunshine stimulates the creation of vitamin D in our body - an important vitamin for healthy skin. A little bit of fresh air and sunshine every day will also reduce the stress and increase oxygen to the skin. Even when it's overcast, the sun's rays reach us, so try to take a short walk outside every day.

Reduce your intake of sugar and refined carbohydrates

New research pointing the finger at diet - eating refined carbohydrates (white bread, pasta, rice, flour etc) and sugar leads to a surge in insulin and an insulin-like growth factor called IGF-1. This in turn leads to an excess of male hormones, which encourage the skin to excrete large amounts of sebum. This grease-like substance encourages the growth of bacteria responsible for acne.

Refined carbs/sugar = more insulin = more hormones = more sebum (oil) = more bacteria = more acne

The bed sheets

Keep your bed sheets clean. Wash your pillow case on a regular schedule to reduce the transfer of our natural body oils.

Wash your face

Wash your face only one time a day. Don't wash too many times , because that will cause only more production of oil on your skin. another option is to use very gentle cleansers for normal skin that don't dehydrate the skin and wash twice a day.

Anyhow, don't go out and buy those magical acne free in 24 hours products that you can find anywhere online, they just don't work and you will spend your money for nothing.

Why not? Well, because it takes time to cure acne and you will need at least one week to see any noticeable results. There is absolutely no way to treat your acne in 24 hours.

If you really want to treat your acne there are two recommended solutions that should combined together (if you can afford it) for best results.

Firstly and more important, you must learn how you should fix the internal problem that's causing your acne, not just masking the symptoms or getting relief.

There are only few good Ebooks and acne cure programs that can teach you exactly how to cure your acne from the inside.

Where medicine has failed them the authors have done their own research and found a way to overcome acne. In their guides they share their great knowledge with other acne sufferers. Anyhow, be very careful because many of them are pure crap with little value.

Check this article about one of the leading systems today that was helpful for me to cure my acne:

The second thing that you need to do is to get good acne skin product that will be suitable for your skin.

There are many acne skin care products available in the market right now and it's not easy to choose the product that will give you the best results.

When choosing your product make sure to check that you get at least 2 months full guarantee. Some of the big names in the industry are:

ClearPores, Acuzine, Acnezine, Proactiv, Vilante and some others.

I personally used the Clearpores cleansing system and was very satisfied with the results. You can find a lot more about Clearpores here:

I hope that these tips will be helpful for you
try to leave it alone for a week or two. This way all the oils and chemicals from other medications can be washed out. If you have mostly red zits, then use Benzaclin once or twice a day depending on how bad the acne is. If it's mostly blackheads, use aveeno cleansing foam before you go to bed. For best results, use the aveeno foam after the benzaclin. good luck=]
You can try this. Clean your face every morning with cotton ball soaked with apple cider vinegar, might sting a little but very effective, try if you don't have a sensitive skin. Try on a small part first. Helpful solutions for pimples at http://solutionsforpimples.blogspot.com/
