If you go to a dermatologist I think you can have them ';filled';. I saw it on a tv show (10 years younger). so maybe try going to a dermatologist for it. good luck.
You could always try microderm abrasion or chemical peels.
I think it depends on your skin and how deep the craters are. I've seen people have success with these.
