I don't have a lot of back acne... mostly on the shoulder blades. I just don't want to go out and have my friends see me and be disgusted by my back. I don't know, is it okay to go around like that?Is it okay to wear a spaghetti strap tank top that shows a lot of your back if you have back acne?
