Does eating a chocolate bar everyday cause a person to develop acne?

I have visited websites and some say yes it does, others say there is no link.....so what is it...cuz i love chocolate....Does eating a chocolate bar everyday cause a person to develop acne?
Chocolate does not contribute to acne. There was actually a news article online refuting some of the old wive's tales and that was one of them.


Acne is caused by fats and oils in the skin and since chocolate has quite a bit of both it was ASSUMED that chocolate would therefore cause acne.

white, and milk chocolate will make you develop acne


dark chocolate, especially the higher grades, actually help clear your skin as there is a high percentage of antioxidants in it...
